PECULIARITIES OF ORGANIZATION OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING OF COSTS OF MAIN ACTIVITY IN THE PROCESSING OF FRUIT PRODUCTS

Abstract
Considered the necessity of organization of management accounting in the enterprises, the main activity of which is aimed at the processing of fruit and vegetable products. Attention is drawn to the need to forecast the costs of the main production in order to find the most appropriate methods of processing of fruit and vegetable raw materials, to improve the accounting of the process of freezing of the fruit and vegetable production.
