PECULIARITIES OF PARADIGMATIC RELATIONS OF ENGLISH SOMATIC VERBS

Abstract
The article deals with the lexico-semantic categories of synonymy, antonymy and polysemy based on the material of somatic verbs in the English language. It investigates the peculiarities of these paradigmatic relations in general and in the lexico-semantic group of somatic verbs in particular. Qualitative and quantitative features of the paradigmatic relations of the lexico-sematic group of somatic verbs were established.
