PECULIARITIES OF PSYCHOCORRECTION OF DIFFICULT CHILDREN IN IRANIAN FAMILIES

Abstract
The article reviews the basic trends of development of psychological research in the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the provision of the necessary psychological help to children. It was identified that the work on the psychological diagnosis and correction of the behavior of children is carried out on the basis of the social conditions, in which they live as well, as the state of the family structure and relationships. The diagnostic centers focus on natural factors, which in combination with social conditions pre-determine the mental health of children and the opportunities for their further treatment. School psychologists work actively through de- veloping the necessary methods for the psychological rehabilitation of children with psychosomatic diseases.
