PECULIARITIES OF THE AGRICULTURAL LAND MARKET IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article describes the peculiarities of the formation and functioning of the agricultural land market in modern conditions. The periodization of the formation of land relations in Ukraine has been researched and three stages have been identified: origin, reform and reorganization. The effect of the negative effects of the moratorium on the purchase or sale of agricultural land has been identified. The features of land as the main economic resource in agriculture are singled out. The basic components of the organized land market are found out. The dynamics of prices for 1 ha of agricultural land in 2016-2018 has been analyzed; the current state of the agricultural land market formation for 2017, as well as the IMF group Ukraine forecast for the price of 1 ha of agricultural land after the abolition of the moratorium and the formation of an internal market for land sales. The directions of formation of the infrastructure of the land market in rural areas are proposed. It was established that the formation of a full-fledged land market in the country and its sustainable development will contribute to solving many socio-economic problems of the present.
