PECULIARITIES OF THE PERMANENT LAND USAGE RIGHT

Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of the land permanent usage right in this institute legislative transformation conditions. It is proved that the permanent land usage right is a specific matter of the right, which has a limited object-subjective structure, a perpetuity nature, entirely exists on the state basis or communal property, provides the purposeful land usage and bases on the will of owner or authorities in the state registration conditions. The legislative transformation directions of the land permanent usage right have been solved.
