Peculiarities of the underage labour regulation: international experience for Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the fundamentals of the legal regulation of the underage labour according to the current norms of international and foreign law. The article deals with the peculiarities of the legal regulation of labour of this category of persons, as well as the problems related to it. It is noted, that certain disadvantages and gaps, present in the labour legislation of Ukraine, reduce the efficiency of the application of the legal norms concerning protection of labour rights of the underage. Some provisions on the legal gaps elimination and improvement of the Ukrainian labour legislation were suggested.
