PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE AS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION (THE 50S – 80S OF THE XX CENTURY)

Abstract
The article deals with stages of pedagogical practice development of future foreign languages teachers in the 1950s – 1980s. The period of formation of professional preparation system began in the 50s of the XX century. The attention is accented on the methodological preparation for school work as well as learning and analyzing school textbooks. Methodological recommendations of the famous soviet educationalists about the improvement of future foreign languages teachers’ school practice are presented. Differentiated approach to students during their pedagogical practice was regarded as the main trend of improving their professional preparation.
