Penerapan Akad Murabahah pada Aplikasi Cicil Mahasiswa (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung)

Abstract
The aim is to find out the practice of murabahah financing contracts in the student installment application at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung to know the Sharia Economic Law Analysis of the Murabahah contract in the student installment application linked to Fatwa DSN No. 04 /DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 regarding the murabahah contract. The research method, namely qualitative research, is a method that is carried out by describing, explaining, investigating something related to facts. The results of the research resulted in funding for student installment applications that are only specifically for active students with the steps that the customer must take, namely; have an installment application, fill in their personal data according to their ID card, the buyer looks for the items needed at the market place, then the buyer asks for an application, then chooses the installment time and after being confirmed it is followed by a meeting of representatives from the installment application, the student ambassador to make a sale contract and sign the agreement letter In terms of muamalah, it is harmonious and there are conditions that are not fulfilled on the object part and also the price as well as in the first Fatwa provisions point five and the second point two. Â Tujuan untuk mengetahui praktik akad pembiayaan murabahah pada aplikasi cicil mahasiswa di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati bandung mengetahui Analisis Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap akad Murabahah pada Aplikasi cicil mahasiswa dihubungkan dengan Fatwa DSN No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang akad murabahah. Metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif ialah metode yang dilakukan dengan cara menggambarkan, menjelaskan, menyelidiki suatu hal yang berkaitan dengan fakta. Hasil dari penelitian menghasilkan pembiayaan pada aplikasi cicil mahasiswa yang hanya dikhususkan bagi mahasiswa aktif dengan tahapan yang harus dilakukan oleh nasabah ialah; memiliki aplikasi cicil, mengisi data diri sesuai KTP, pembeli mencari barang yang dibutuhkan di market place, lalu pembeli meminta permohonan, kemudian memilih waktu angsuran dan setelah terkonfirmasi dilanjutkan dengan pertemuan wakil dari aplikasi cicil ialah student ambassador supaya melakukan akad jual beli dan tanda tangan surat perjanjian. Dalam ketentuan muamalah rukun dan syaratnya ada yang tidak terpenuhi pada bagian objek dan juga harga serta pada ketentuan Fatwa pertama poin lima dan ketentuan kedua poin dua.
