Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3) Dalam Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pada CV. Feideria Bitung

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of SMK3 and the factors that influence the implementation of SMK3 in the implementation of work on CV. Feideria Bitung in a mosque rehabilitation development project in the port of Bitung. Mixed research combines qualitative research with quantitative research to solve research problems. The data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents, conducting interviews with the Director of CV Feideria and making observations at the project site. The research data quality test is triangulation, validity test and reliability test. The applications used for data management are SPSS version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results show that the implementation of SMK3 in CV. Feideria Bitung from 5 types of aspects based on PP No. 50 of 2012 is classified as good, but there are several aspects that need to be further improved so that the goals and objectives of SMK3 are achieved. Determination of K3 policies and planning such as providing K3 infrastructure is a supporting factor in the implementation of SMK3. Inhibiting factors are limited human resources, laziness of workers in using PPE due to lack of company supervision of workers.
