Abstract
Optik sinir avülsiyonu, genellikle künt travma sonrası görülen nadir ve kötü prognozlu bir patolojidir. Optik sinir avülsiyonu, lamina kribroza bölgesinde nispeten zayıf yapısı nedeniyle optik sinirin indirekt kuvvetlerin etkisiyle skleradan ayrılmasıdır. Biz de penetran travma sonrası 11 yaşında bir erkek hastada gelişen optik sinir avülsiyonu ve retina dekolmanı olgusunu inceledik.
