PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR MELALUI JOB SATISFACTION DAN COMMITMEN AFFEKTIF PADA ID PHOTOBOOK YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
This study aims to determine the satisfaction job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) mediates the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population in this study all employees ID Photo Book which numbered 80 employees. The sampling technique in this research is convenience sampling, to obtain a sample of 50 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, while data analysis technique used is regression with clausal methods and Sobel. Based on the results of this study indicate Perceived Organizational Support (POS) effect on satisfaction job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) because it has a significant value <0.05. While the satisfaction job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) because it has a significant value> 0.05. While based on the Sobel test satisfaction variable job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) did not mediate the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
