Perfection of the paradigm of personnel management on the basis of role models of behavior and interaction in the enterprise

Abstract

The article provides rationale for the need to improve domestic institutions of personnel management in order to achieve the key strategic goals of an enterprise and to make effective management decisions. Such improvement should be implemented by taking into consideration basic principles of management which are laid out in standards SOVIT 4.1 SOVIT 5. They are widely used by IT companies for personnel management, management of information technology and general enterprise management. Standardization promotes better coordination of work of departments and senior managers, combines a number of other standards allowing for a high level of quality of obtaining information about the status of the IT company and manage its goals and objectives. In this way the gap between the management with their vision of business goals and the personnel who should contribute to achieving these goals can be eliminated. The definition and specification of appropriate management roles for enterprise personnel are worth noting. The role determines characteristic types of behavior. At a company each position corresponds to a certain activity that determines the role of the office in terms of business. If every employee of the company successfully does his/her duties and is satisfied with the result of his/her work, there won’t be any conflicts and contradictions which will promote cooperation between the personnel and the company, as well as prevent the major goals of the company from being achieved. Thus, management also fulfills its role, which includes the formation, determination and fulfillment of its role by the rest of the personnel.
