Abstract
The article suggests bonus system for communal sarvices employees’ stimulation. The system provides with differentiation of personal input of staff, varies personal employees’ rate of wages, bonus job and studies how it motivates the staff to be interested in the result of the work. Mentioned methods were tasted in Odessa regional communal services enterprises.
