Abstract
This article describes the procedure of adaptation and modification of Ukrainian-language version of the perfectionism’s questionnaire N. Garagnani, A. Kholmogorova. Also presented the text of the questionnaire, consisting of 43 claims and 7 scales, the amount of which is a measure of perfectionism different levels: high, medium and low.
