PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF “DOUBLE TEACHER” TEACHERS IN HIGHER VOCATIONAL COLLEGES

Abstract
In recent years, “double teacher” teachers in the role of higher vocational colleges is growing. With the continuous improvement of the system of staff distribution in our country, the performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges has made great strides. Performance appraisal not only adapt to the requirements of the reform of public institutions, the orderly development of vocational colleges also played a very important role. In order to make the “double teacher” teacher training and the introduction of more smoothly, the need to first implement the scientific and rational performance appraisal work. At present, the number of “double teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges has yet to be proved, and there are still many problems in performance appraisal and management. This paper mainly analyzes the main problems in the process of assessment and management, and puts forward a feasible coping method for the problems raised.
