Performance evaluation of financial management in IRIB using balanced scorecard model (case study: IRIB of Urmia branch)

Abstract

Findings of this study can reflect performance evaluation of financial management in IRIB of Urmia branch. The present study falls into applied category. Since there are dependent and independent variables and that the effect of variables is studied in relation to one another, the study follows a descriptive-survey design. The statistical population comprises of 261 employers working at IRIB in Urmia branch and 161 subjects were chosen as sample size using Cochran formula. Questionnaire is the main instrument to collect the required data and researcher has made modifications in the assumed items. Cronbach alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of questionnaire the coefficient of which (greater than 0.7) shows a good reliability. One-sample t-test was used to test he hypotheses. Findings of the study reveal that respondents have considered job performance of financial manager as successful.
