Performance Evaluation of Wideband Semiconductor Optical Amplifier
Journal Title: International Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology (IJRASET) - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 6
Abstract
In this paper, we investigate and evaluate the Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA) performance as a function of the intrinsic and extrinsic parameters. We build a model in the optisystem ( tool )than set the intrinsic and extrinsic parameters and evaluate the performance .
