PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT GROWTH REGULATORS ON SEED PRODUCTIVITY VARIETIES OF LETTUCE LEAF

Abstract
The results of research on the study of growth regulators on seed productivity increasing variety of lettuce Shar Malynovyyi layer. In terms of research productivity and control, leaves plant population ranged within 4.51 - 6.39 t / ha. The most distinguished yield plants that have been treated NOC least - control plants. All indicators of productivity marked variations in the research experiment was significantly higher than the corresponding figure does not control plants with a stable trend towards growth. For qualitative characteristics depending on the difference applications, the regulator in the phenotype of plants varieties of salad Shar Malynovyyi layer we have not identified. Thus, in the e xperiments to study the aftereffects applicable regulatory phenotype on plant varieties layer salad of puff raspberry revealed positive dynamics of growth of biometric five of six quantitative traits studied in the first and second generation compared to control plants. Mutational changes aftereffect of growth regulators on quality of sins in the next generation of plant varieties in the experiment ware found. The most effective was the drug D2, provided the use of which seed yield was 0.48 t / ha (control - 0.37 t / ha). As a result of the research highlighted two promising drugs D1 and D2, which preplant treatment plant lettuce varieties puff raspberry layer helped to increase the productivity of plants to seed 24,32 – 29,73 %. Analysis mutagenic probable aftereffects studied of preparations found no signs of approbation changes of this sort in the next two generations after treatment.
