PERFORMANCE OF APPLICATION OF COMPETENT APPROACH TO FORMING PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SPECIALISTS OF THE TRANSPORT COMPLEX

Abstract
The article investigates the scientific approaches to determining the appropriateness of applying a competent approach to the formation of professional qualities of specialists in the transport complex in Ukraine. The specific features of the transport complex in the agroindustrial complex and the importance of interconnected processes in solving problems in the dynamically developing industry are singled out. The mechanisms of solving internal and external problems in the system of qualitative education of Ukraine are offered.
