Abstract
Pojdovna osnova vo procesot na rehabilitacijata na licata so o{tetenvid prestavuva li~nosta kako biopsihosocijalna struktura. O{tetuvawena vidot e agens {to doveduva do naru{uvawe na ramnote`ata na taastruktura. Kompezacijata igra mnogu va`na uloga vo povtornoto vospostavuvawena ramnote`ata. Bidej}i o{tetuvawe na vidot, osobeno slepiloto doveduva do toa da vakvoto lice ne gi zadovoluvaop{testvenite barawa,pa ni sopstvenite potrebi, se razvivaat kompezatorski mehanizmi so koiceliot sostav na adaptacija se stremi kon reorganizacija so novi principi,se iznao|aat novi, zaobikolni procesi na razvoj, {to stanuva zamena ili dopolnuvawe na o{tetenite funkcii poradi zagubata na vidot.
