Permanent administration as a form of holding public real properties on the example of the city of Krakow

Abstract
One of the legal forms of holding public real estate by organizational units without legal personality (except lease, rent and lending) is permanent administration. This right allows these units to perform statutory tasks. The purpose of the study was to analyze the role and significance of permanent admi-nistration in the process of managing the real estate of the city of Krakow and the budgetary receipts against other income of the city.The scope of the research studies covered the structure and surface area of the land lent for permanent administration, the amount of annual fees and the practical problems associated with establishing this legal form. The comparative analysis of permanent administration with other forms of public property management by organizational units without legal personality was carried out as well.
