Abstract
Za pouspe{na i poefikasna integracija na licata so pre~ki vo razvojot vo socijalnata sredina, vo R. Makedonija organizirano e zadol`itelno osnovno obrazovanie na ovie lica, so {to e ostvareno nivnoto ustavno zagarantirano pravo. Osnovnoto obrazovanie za u~enicite so pre~ki vo fizi~kiot i psihi~ kiot razvoj se organizira i ostvaruva vo posebni osnovni u~ili{ta, odnosno posebni paralelki pri redovnite osnovni u~ili{ta, vo zavisnost od vidot i stepenot na popre~enosta. (~l.5 od Zakonot za osnovno obrazovanie. Sl. vesnik na R.M. br. 44 / 95), a vrz osnova na posebni nastavni planovi i programi (~l. 25 od istiot zakon).
