PERSON-ORIENTED APPROACH AT FOREIGN LANGUAGE LESSONS

Abstract
This article is concerned with the description of the concept of “person-oriented approach/learning”. The features of this approach are analyzed. It is found out that person-oriented learning is one of the main elements of the efficiency of educational and teaching activities for foreign language teachers. The creation of the necessary conditions (social, educational) for revealing and following purposeful de-velopment of individual personal characteristics is investigated. The ways of this ap-proach application in various kinds of foreign language activities are defined.
