Personal strategies in contemporary enterprises

Abstract

Taking current conditions into account, the enterprises have to apply a strategic approach to human resources management. The purpose of a human resource strategic management is to recruit and retain the best employees, to provide them with appropriate development opportunities and adequate remuneration, to maintain high level of professional and mental efficiency of the employees within a long period of time as well as creation of appropriate social contacts and achieving individual behaviour, which would correspond to a company goals. That being so, the purpose of this paper is to present: the feature of contemporary enterprises, evolution of personal function, models of personal strategy and stages of its implementation as well as further changes in the scope of realization of personal strategy in current enterprises.
