PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONNEL WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS OF MILITARY UNITS OF NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE FOR PROTECTION NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS

Abstract
The article presents personality characteristics of personnel with different levels of professional success of military units of National guard of Ukraine for protection nuclear power plants. It was determined that for most complex service and combat missions it is advisable to pay attention to level of development of personality characteristics inherent to members with a high level of professional success, such as servicemen will have highest rates of success of service and combat activities.
