Personality in the context of formation and the development of civil society

Abstract
The article reveals theoretical aspects of the personality and its role in the development of civil society. It is emphasized that between the leading social actors – the individual, civil society and the state – there are civilized relations of the equilibrium triune unity. It is noted that political culture as the realization of political knowledge, value orientations, patterns of behavior of a social subject is the most important significant moment of civil society.
