PERSONALLY-ORIENTED STUDENTS EDUCATION IN COLLECTIVES

Abstract
The article reveals the personally oriented education of students in the team. The stages of the formation of the collective are determined, the functions of the collective as a socially operating system are shown, the socio-pedagogical factors that influence the success of the development and formation of the student college are identified. Activation of teaching contributes to the success of students, the formation of positive interests, cognitive activity and autonomy, thenm it gives them the opportunity to positively affirm education and with this help take a decent place in the team.
