Personally-oriented technologies of educational process organization for students of university

Abstract

In the article the level of physical preparation of students and graduates of higher educational institutions of Ukraine is researched. The analysis of scientific papers about low level of conditional physical preparation of students is given. It is shown that existing in Ukrainian higher educational institutions system of physical training is not effective. An experiment on organization of the process of physical training on the basis of personally-oriented technologies was carried out at the State Higher Educational Institution «Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine» (Sumy). 445 students of the age of 17–23 took part at the experiment. Systematic-synergetic technology of educational process organization has been worked out. Questionnaire data of оver 4 thousand students of UAB NBU (Sumy) were used in the research. It was found that the usage of modern technologies of the educational process organization, such as consideration of motivation, level of preparation and interests of students, creation of conditions at the place of living, gave opportunities to create an effective system of physical training, made it possible to create an effective system of physical education.
