PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT PROCESS AS ONE OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT TOOLS

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of process, system, quality management, features of improving the quality management system at the enterprise through an approach from the position of the process. The questions of optimization of management of the enterprise are disclosed, the analysis of activation of activity of the employees working in the quality management system has been conducted and the mechanism of its provision has been determined.
