Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the elements that affect the formation of human resources as the basis for the strategic development of the enterprise in the context of extension foreign economic activity. Different approaches to its definition are highlighted of the enterprise in the context of extension foreign economic activity with its indispensable element – personnel potential.
