PERSONNEL PROVISION IN ENHANCEMENT OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article discusses the concept of «energy-efficient competence» of enterprise personnel provision. The conditions and factors that influence on formation and development of enterprise personnel provision are investigated. The main components of personnel provision for improving the energy efficiency of enterprise are selected.
