Abstract

Problem setting. The Initiative on Shaping the Future of Digital Economy and Society is devoted to cultivate a shared, trusted digital environment that is a driver of inclusion, economic development and social progress. Target of research. The aim of this work is research the characteristics state regulation of social relations, that arise in virtualization infrastructure of economy of Ukraine in general and virtualization innovative infrastructure in particular, to determine the optimal directions of state policy in this area. Analysis of recent researches. Research of Ukrainian scientists as Vinnyk O. M. «Legal principles of e-business», Peliyo A. B. «Virtualization of the world market as the main determinant of the current international monetary system», Polyova V. V. «Advantages and disadvantages of virtualization of intellectual business in global transformations», Danilina S. A. «Ukraine in the global structural crisis», Gorovoy D. A., Gorova K. O. «Virtual economic relations and their role in the modern economy». Article’s main body. The Digital Transformation of Industries project, launched by the World Economic Forum in 2015, is a multi-year engagement with the aim to analyze the impact of digital technologies on business and society, to better understand digital transformation opportunities and risks in industries and their related sectors, and provide insights and tools required for business model changes. The goal of the program is to generate insights into how digital technologies are changing individual industries, how they blur the lines between industries, and the impact of these transformations on the wider society. It will assist incumbents in successfully transitioning from analogue to digital, and new entrants in identifying new market opportunities and competitive advantages enabled by digital. Ukraine must now start to rebuild the system of education and training, to modernize the infrastructure of the economy to create new jobs and develop new progressive tax legislation. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Thus, the initiative Digital Transformation offers a unique perspective on the impact of digital technologies on the economy and society as a whole over the next decade. Ukraine must now start to rebuild the system of education and training, to modernize the infrastructure of the economy to create new jobs and develop new, progressive tax laws.
