Abstract
Practical recommendations regarding the determination the perspectives of the development of mechanisms of state regulation of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine has been elaborated. The definitions of institutional environment in the agrarian sector of economy, mechanism of state regulation of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of economy have been clarified. The conceptual approach to formation of the complex mechanism of state regulation of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine have been offered.
