Perspectives of the development of vocational technical school and education of students with intellectual disabilities in the Ukraine

Abstract
This article describes the organizational model of the educational and professional study of mentally retarded pupils. This model is based on the position, that the main key in this process is projection of the general logics of model realization in the educational process of special school, its provision with the appropriate informative and technological support. The given project contains certain approved segments. By virtue of the results of approbation we may claim, that in general the suggested approach is real and potentially highly effective for the vocational technical education.The project is formed with orientation at the professional arrangement of pupils with intellectual defects, but it can also be adopted for arrangement of pupils with another psychophysical defects (saving the general logics, but changing the informative contents).
