Перспективы лечения анемий клетками фетальной печени, иммобилизированными в макропористых альгинат-желатиновых носителях

Abstract
Метою роботи було вивчення можливості стимулювання еритропоезу шляхом імплантації щурам з постгеморагічною анемією, індукованою 70%-ою гепатектомією, клітин фетальної печінки, засе¬лених в макропористі носії. Клітини фетальної печінки (КФП) виділяли з плодів щурів 15 діб гестації та кріоконсервували. Деконсервовані КФП заселяли у макропористі носії - альгінат-желатинові губки, які покри¬вали оболонкою з альгінату та імплантували у сальник щурів з моделлю печінкової недостатності. Показано, що клітини фетальної печінки, іммобілізовані у макропористі носії, справляють позитивний ефект на вміст еритроцитів та гемоглобіну периферичної крові щурів, що свідчить про перспективність розвитку цього підходу при розробці нових методів лікування анемій різного ґенезу.
