PHENOMENON OF INTELLIGENCE: PROBLEMS IN PHILOSOPHICAL INTERPRETATION

Abstract
Formation of intelligence in each separate subject straightly depends on the social environment and social processes in society, historical development stage where it is, the experience of the individual, understanding the historical genesis of intellectuals bear the imprint of attitudes that has always formed in the concrete historical time-space. Because of this, intellectuals and intelligence is not only a product of reality itself, and there is the result of understanding social reality.Trying to consider intelligence as logical emergent from “intellectual” from humanity brings to it the intellectual elite, thus leveling its public importance. Intellectuals, in the sense of enlightened class, different ages and nations have common intrinsic features, independent of civilizational identity, but thanks to the concrete historical situation of domestic intellectuals formed their specific features. Intellectuals in the domestic culture, global replacement was the term “intellectual”, not just his counterpart, but a real alternative.Intellectual – concrete historical subject of social work, with established humanistic value system in which intellectual, ethical and aesthetic qualities serve in the integral combination, based on social practice unity of spiritual and sensual, whose work is creative and transforming himself society to meet the needs of humanity. The study of the phenomenon of intelligence grounded position that the basis for the modernization of Ukrainian contemporary social reality and reality is serving intelligentsia. Intelligence is the result of human interaction with objective reality which appears and is expressed in relation to the concrete historical social reality, expressing deep processes of interaction between objective and subjective needed and left in their dialectical unity, intelligence is a movement in the form of freedom, the most adequate, now possible, of a comprehensive strategy for human development.
