Abstract
In this article, within philosophical and legal imperative aspect many social family models, analyzed the importance of juvenile justice for Ukrainian society and state. It was found that in Ukraine because of systemic crisis of economy, most families are often faced with a number of issues that directly affect their children. These problems create following factors: Economic, psychological, educational, communicative, etc. It was given the problems created by these factors, there is a need for child protection by insuring them against negative effects, cre- ation of favorable conditions for development of individual, preventing commission of offenses by them. Juvenile Justice Institute contributes to preservation of traditional values of society and is also a response to demands of time. It is arguing that institution of juvenile justice system in Ukraine should be formed on basis of values of civil society, taking into account socio-historical features of developent of Ukrainian nation. Its purpose should be first warning and prevention of offenses against chil-dren, crime prevention, committed by children, and in end justice for children in conflict with law requirements.
