PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGAL PROBLEMS OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract
The article is allocated and defined philosophical and legal problems using artificial intelligence in modern society. Various works devoted to the research of artificial intelligence, which indicates a deep understanding of the needs of its use. There are revealed the classification of artificial intelligence. The author emphasizes the need of legislative regulation of the use of artificial intelligence through appropriate regulations.
