PHILOSOPHICAL BASES OF THE INNOVATIVENESS PHENOMENON IN TRANSIT SOCIETY

Abstract
In the article there was a philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of innovation in a transitional society. The essence of the processes of the relationship between the phenomenon of innovation in the scientific-educational and socio-economic structures is revealed. The modern and historical experience of definition of this concept is analyzed. Clarifies the essential value of the concept of innovation and defines its areas of influence on the formation of the economic, cultural and spiritual vector of our future. Found that the formation of the phenomenon of innovation is inseparable from the most important social institution - education. It is noted that the effectiveness of the growth of an economic component depends on the awareness of the value of the phenomenon of innovation and on human behavior in an innovative environment.
