Physical development and functional state of Belarus school pupils that lives in the radioactive contamination zone

Abstract

Objective: scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of physical training students in areas of radioactive contamination.It has been found that functional capacities of children living in the regions with an increased radiation background are lower the higher is the level of pollution. The systematic application of various means of recreation and rehabilitation and aerobics exercises in particular substantially improve functional capacities and physical fitness of children inhabiting the regions with the level of pollution of 5–15 Cu/km2.
