Physical training schoolchildren junior southern Lebanon because of the character body type

Abstract
The problem of individualization of physical education of children of primary school age. Developed and tested a method of differentiated physical fitness, based on the particular features of a constitution and motor characteristics of children of primary school age in the process of physical education in schools. The study involved school children 7 years of secondary schools in southern Lebanon (58 boys and 60 girls). The experimental group was engaged in physical education for a differentiated manner, the control – according to the standard program of physical education. It is proved that the use of a differentiated approach in the physical education of children of primary school based on the constitutional identity, the lessons of physical training can improve functional ability and level of physical fitness of Lebanese students.
