Piaţa muncii din România - persoane vulnerabile şi vulnerabilităţi

Abstract
Procesul de tranziţie al economiei româneşti a început brusc şi a fost însoţit de dezintegrarea fostului sistem politic şi economic. În termeni de PIB pe cap de locuitor, România a fost una dintre cele mai sărace ţări din Europa Centrală şi de Est (ECE). De asemenea, economia României a fost una dintre cele mai agrare economii din Europa. Complet izolată din punct de vedere informaţional, România a avut un sistem economic complet centralizat.Începutul tranziţiei a fost haotic, în special din cauza complexităţii de a integra fundamentele democraţiei şi economiei de piaţă. Problemele interne, instabilitatea, corupţia politică sau lipsa de reforme adecvate au condus la un proces de restructurare şi privatizare dificil. În articol sunt prezentate şi analizate tendinţele şi vulnerabilităţile de pe piaţa forţei de muncă româneşti între 1991 şi 2009 comparativ cu cele ale statelor membre ale UE. Au fost identifi cate trei şocuri cu impact major social în România: Revoluţia din decembrie 1989; Aderarea la Uniunea Europeană în ianuarie 2007 şi Criza economică mondială începută în 2007. Cele trei şocuri au marcat profund şi marchează încă evoluţia pieţei forţei de muncă româneşti.
