Abstract
Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок антиоксидантної та антистресової систем захисту організму людини. Визначено роль екзогенних антиоксидантів у системі захисту організму людини від стресу. Доведено наявність антиоксидантної активності (АоА) сухого екстракту цикорію та обґрунтовано шляхи її підвищення в сухих сумішах для відновлених напоїв антистресової дії.
