马醉木Pieris japonica叶中的三萜类化学成分

Abstract

采用各种柱层析分离方法对马醉木叶子的化学成分进行了系统研究,利用NMR和MS技术鉴定其结构分别为 Combreglucoside (1), Niga-ichigoside F1 (2), Euscaphic acid (3), Madasiatic acid (4), Corosolic acid (5), Ursolic acid (6), Uvaol (7)和 β-amyrin (8),其中化合物1-5为首次从杜鹃花科马醉木属植物中分离得到。
