PLACE AND IMPORTANCE OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN THE STRATEGIC PLANNING

Abstract
This article explores and summarizes the mechanisms, trends and tools change management in the strategic planning. Found that the intensity changes determine the possibility of adapting the socio-economic system of the territory, structure and functional nature of which is beginning to change, according to the economic dynamics.
