PLACE OF PERSONNEL SECURITY IN THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article examines the place of personnel security as components of the system of economic security of enterprises. Modern approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "personnel security" are studied. The role of personnel security in the strategic and operational management of the enterprise is clarified. The relationship between the tasks of personnel security and threats has been established. A schematic representation of the personnel security system of the enterprise is offered. Objects and subjects are singled out, as well as the principles, methods, means and functions of such a system. The scheme of interaction of personnel security of the subject of economic activity with external and internal environment is offered. The structure of the subsystem of personnel security as a component of the system of economic security of the enterprise is proposed. Systematized basic guidelines for ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise, namely the selection of candidates for vacant positions, while working with the workforce, with official proceedings in connection with the extraordinary events when planning staff layoffs.
