PLACE OF WORKS OF ARCHITECTURE AMONG OTHER OBJECTS OF COPYRIGHT

Abstract
The article investigates the doctrinal definitions of the term "work (creative product)" as well as its normative features were analyzed. The academic definitions of "architectural work" as a separate object of copyright are researched. On the basis of the analysis of legal regulation and academic works, conclusions were drawn regarding the allocation of objects of architecture as separate objects of copyright.
