Place USA in the international arena in the 21st century

Abstract
The article is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical study of the problem places of the United States of America in the international arena, the role of the American state in existence in other countries, analysis of strategic principles of the activities of the state in foreign policy and the particular situation of the U.S. in international relations. On the basis of the theoretical analysis was described, leading theoretical views of scientists on the features of the foreign policy of the United States of America made history on the process of formation of strategy of foreign policy of America, which dates back to the 17th century.
