PLANNING MEASURES ON MODERNIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL OBJECTS IN RECONSTRUCTION OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The purpose is analysis of the prospects of development of industrial and municipal-warehousing areas with the definition of optimal use. The analysis of the existing use of industrial areas on the basis of statistical data are given. The analysis of efficiency of use of industrial territories of Kyiv is carried out. The conducted researches give an opportunity to scientifically substantiate the principles of planning measures for the modernization of industrial objects with a complex reconstruction of urban development. The planning of measures for the modernization of industrial facilities in the context of a complex urban development reconstruction should be based on an assessment of the prospects for the development of industrial and warehouse territories with an optimal use of them.
