Abstract
This article is about a comparative analysis of the plot features of the epics “Farkhad and Shirin” of Alisher Navoi and the Turkish poet Lamii Chalabi. It examines the features of traditionalism and individuality in the work of both creators, based on examples of similar and different aspects in the plots. The specificity of the epics is revealed.
